Pet Friendly House In Convenient Northbridge

Anyone interested should be aware that this property has 45 stairs to get to the front door. Just want to make that clear upfront.
Once you get upstairs though you will find an old style house with 1 main and 1 smaller bedroom. There is a living and a dining room as well as the kitchen and laundry.
The best feature of the house is a huge balcony with a nice green vista that makes getting up those steps worth it. It has a table and chairs that fit quite well but could be removed if required. Also There is a bbq that can stay if you like.

There is also a large backyard. At present its not fully fenced but it could very easily be enclosed so that its pet friendly. There is only one small section that would need a fence/barrier.

As the house is quite old I would also be ok with most minor modifications - e.g. picture hooks etc.

There is also a remote operated garage.

Its very convenient for public transport. The bus stop on Eastern Valley Way is a 5 min walk which gets you into the city pretty quick, especially in peak hour when it goes onto the freeway at Cammeray.

The garden will be the responsibility of the tenant. I have someone currently doing mowing the lawns and you could either keep using them or make your own arrangements.

We will always keep the property well maintained and quickly fix any issues.
