• Two large barn sheds and the Self-contained Guest suite are not included in the rent. They are for landlord use and accessible to landlord at all times.
• The Lockup BBQ by the Tennis Court, and by Pool, remain locked during your stay.
• These additional kitchen and entertainment spaces can be made available to rent for an extra fee – just ask if you're interested.
• Utilities, garden maintenance and pool servicing can be discussed, based on lease terms.
