The property is north facing, which fills the apartment with warm sun in the winter and keeps it bright throughout.

The complex is well maintained by strata, and active and involved Council of Owners working to keep up and improve the standards of the complex. You will also be surrounded by quiet and friendly neighbours . Unfortunately there are no pets allowed. Please keep in mind water bills are payable by the tenant and not include in the rent price.
