A small complex on the first floor, this large unit sits directly across from Alex Beach. Take a swim before work. Grab the board and get a few waves when ever you like. Take a stroll to Mooloolaba Beach and enjoy some boutique shopping and dine alfresco at one of the many beach side restaurants. Walk or run along the paths and beaches. Have dinner and a flutter on the pokies at Alex Surf Club.
Large one bedroom unit on the first floor, with built in cupboards in the bedroom and bathroom. High ceilings and a modern kitchen, living and bathroom areas, gives the unit a sense of space. 1 car space in an under cover parking area. Unit comes unfurnished, with the exception of the washing machine.
Unit will be unfurnished.
Reference will be required and will be checked. I am looking for a couple or a single person who will pay their rent on time, be aware of the neighbours and look after the unit.
