High quality renovation, 2 bedroom apartment offering very easy living in the city in the low-rise Cityview Garden complex in Southbank. The complex is low density and is peaceful with a strong sense of community.

The apartment will come fully furnished with good quality furniture, including all the little things you need to feel right at home, but with lots of storage and display areas for you to put your homely touches on! We are pet friendly :)

We are looking for short term rentals - anywhere from 1 month to 3 months.

Walking distance to the Royal Botanic Gardens, the Arts Precinct, the city, South Melbourne and Albert Park Lake, and lots of public transport options.
The apartment faces onto an internal landscaped common area, has a pair of generous courtyards, perfect for entertaining outside, and even some space to grow some veggies!

Open plan living, with large, entertainers kitchen, space for 6 at the dining table, and with a large living room, there is plenty of space.
Bedrooms have mirrored robes and wool carpet and overlook the larger courtyard.
Bathroom has a walk-in rainfall/hand-held shower and a concealed cistern toilet, along with heated floor, and separate internal laundry.

There is two bedrooms - with the second bedroom set up with two single beds as a kids room, but we are more than happy to convert this to a working from home space/office if requested.
