THE APARTMENT

The apartment has two well-sized bedrooms, both with large built-in wardrobes. The bedrooms both have lovely afternoon light and are equipped with ceiling fans. The kitchen is well-equipped with a double sink, dishwasher, electric oven and stove. There is a lot of cupboard space for storing all your pots, pans and appliances. The separate laundry with a large linen closet creates extra room for storage and a sense of spaciousness to the apartment. There are two bathrooms: an ensuite in the main bedroom and a second with a bathtub off the living space. The light-filled balcony looks out to lovely trees and is a beautiful spot to watch the sunrise.

THE AREA

East Brisbane is a great area to live in. The IGA is 600 metres away, and there are many little places along Lytton Road to eat and get coffee. A big drawcard of this part of East Brisbane is the beautiful feeling of nature that living near the creek brings. Margaret's Garden is a little community garden that is a few minutes walk away, located across the road from Real Park dog park and playground. This area has a strong sense of community, and people often say hello to each other on the street.

A number of buses (route 227, route 230, route 235, route 232) leave from Lytton Road just outside the building. This makes it easy to get into the city without a car in under 20 minutes.

Mowbray Park is a short 10-minute walk away and a beautiful spot to sit and look at the river, have a barbeque or catch the City Cat (the stop is due to reopen in late 2024).
